A Place to Belong, A Reason to Smile

A Place to Belong. A Reason to Smile

Welcome

Bostinʼ news – West Bromwich has a
new community hub!
Dignity and Delight is a safe, friendly,
and supportive space in the heart of
the Black Country.

We’re here for:
💙 People living with dementia
💛 Local heroes, veterans, and
ex-uniformed personnel.

Come along, have a cuppa, and find out
what makes this place special, a hub
where everyone’s welcome, and you’ll
always get a warm smile. It’s about
making life that little bit brighter –
the Black Country way.

Christopher Taylor

FOUNDER AND MANAGING DIRECTOR

Chris is a proud Black Country lad. After serving 18 years in the forces, he was medically discharged with PTSD. Rather than let that define him, he turned his experience into something positive – creating Dignity and Delight. The name ‘Dignity and Delightʼ (DAD) is a tribute to his own dad, who inspired him along the way. Chris’s vision is simple: to build a safe, welcoming hub where people living with dementia, veterans, and their families can
connect, share, and thrive.

Jackie Owen

DIRECTOR

With over 30 years of leadership experience across the private, public, and nonprofit sectors, Jackie brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the team. She has spent the past decade supporting charities and social enterprises, always focused on making a real difference in peopleʼs lives. We’re lucky to have her guiding and supporting Dignity and Delight as we grow.
